What's Cooking in The Pot?

 Nillas
Back to Full Blog

This recipe is extremely easy and people will never guess what it is made from. I've been making these since I was in my teens.

Nillas

White chocolate melted

Ritz crackers

Peanut butter

Melt the white choclate in the microwave stirring frequently until it is all melted and smooth.

Put peanut butter on a cracker and top it with another cracker. Dip the sandwich cracker into the melted white chocolate and set finished cookie on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

When you have a full tray, chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes. They will peel right off the wax paper. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.

Enjoy!

(Note: Do not get any liquid on or in the chocolate and be careful not to overheat it too much in the microwave or it can burn. You can always heat it again to melt if it starts stiffening up on you.)
